Pushing the boundaries of city information
The relocation of the Hastings isite to a developing city hospitality precinct was an opportunity to transform the centre to a state-of-the-art visitor hub capturing the emotion and identity of one of NZ’s top food and wine districts.

Flexible space design
Our solution was a flexible and reconfigurable space design using modular display furniture. We included tables for curated retail products and host pop-up tasting events.

State of the art digital offering
We created a unique space for customer service hosts to conduct interactive trip planning with customers. A range of digital platforms were incorporated including a video wall, interactive touchscreen with 3D map of the area, and web browsing tablets. These platforms allowed content to be updated to keep the space fresh, as well as providing an updatable platform for tourism marketing.
